Graduation Highlight – Building Zambia’s Solar Workforce

On 22nd August 2025, ZARENA proudly graduated participants from the Solar PV Sizing, Installation & Maintenance Training ,a two-week intensive program bridging Zambia’s solar skills gap with hands-on, industry-ready expertise.

The ceremony was graced by Prof. Joseph Mutale, ZARENA Chairperson who emphasized the timeliness of these skills as Zambia expands its solar energy capacity. With the Presidential target of 1,000 MW ,the demand for qualified professionals to operate and maintain these systems has never been greater.
